What are the shipping costs?
Standard shipping is $6.95. But here’s the deal—get free shipping on all orders over $50.
What payment methods are accepted in your webshop?
You can pay using PayPal or credit card (Mastercard, Visa, and AMEX).
Can I choose a specific day or time for delivery?
Unfortunately, this isn’t possible due to our international shipping methods. However, you’ll receive an email as soon as your package is shipped, and you can track it using our Track & Trace system.
My order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery time. What should I do?
In 99% of cases, orders arrive within the expected delivery time. If your order hasn’t arrived, you can check the status on the track and trace page. If you still haven’t received anything a week after the expected delivery date, please reach out to us. We’re here to help!
What’s the delivery time?
Our delivery time varies depending on the product and includes both production and shipping to your address. Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it. We ask for a small contribution to cover the return shipping costs. I’m missing some items from my order. How can that be?
